Read these Operating Terms in full before connecting to KidsGames (the "Service", "site", or "we"). They describe the rules every player agrees to when accessing the Service.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By opening or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The Service is delivered through https://www.kids-games.uk and may include sub-routes, embedded modules, and features we add or retire over time. Your use is also bound by our Privacy Charter and Cookie Notice.
2. Eligibility and minors
The Service is intended for players who are at least 13 years old, or any higher age required by their jurisdiction, or who connect alongside a parent or guardian where local law requires it. We do not direct collection of personal data at very young children; consult the Privacy Charter for the full picture.
3. What the site provides
We surface free browser logs and supporting pages for personal, non-commercial play, unless we explicitly grant a different licence in writing. We can modify, pause, or pull any part of the Service β including specific titles β at any time, with or without prior notice.
4. Forbidden conduct
You agree not to, and not to help others to: break any applicable law; ship malware or attempt to overload our infrastructure; scrape or index the site in ways that degrade performance or bypass our controls; attempt to gain unauthorised access; impersonate the site or other players; harass anyone; or rebuild a competing directory by bulk-copying our listings without permission. We may block any player whose conduct creates abuse or risk.
5. Third-party logs and assets
A large portion of titles, art, and audio in the index belongs to third-party authors. They keep their own copyrights, trademarks, and brand rights. The site simply helps you discover and launch those works β it does not transfer ownership. If you hold rights and need to flag something, refer to the DMCA page.
6. No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW PERMITS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise uninterrupted access, fault-free logs, or that any third-party game is safe, accurate, or suitable for any specific player.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW PERMITS, KidsGames AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. WHERE LIABILITY IS NEVERTHELESS ESTABLISHED, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (USUALLY ZERO FOR A FREE BROWSER OPERATOR) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), UNLESS A MANDATORY STATUTE OVERRIDES THIS CAP.
8. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold the site and its team harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs that result from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of another party's rights β except where the cause is our wilful misconduct and the local law forbids that limitation.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, particularly to comply with law or protect players. Clauses meant to survive (liability cap, governing law, etc.) will survive any termination.
10. Governing law and informal resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, ignoring conflict-of-law rules that would route the matter to another country's law, except where your jurisdiction grants you non-waivable consumer protections β those remain. If a dispute arises, send a message to contact@kids-games.uk first; we will work in good faith to resolve it before any formal action, where that is feasible.
11. EU and UK players
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you retain the consumer rights mandated by the law of your country of residence, including access to local dispute-resolution bodies where available. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove those rights.
12. U.S. export and sanctions
You confirm that you are not located in a country embargoed by the United States, not on any U.S. government blocked-party list, and not using the Service in a way that breaks U.S. export-control rules.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we publish the new version and update the "last updated" line. For material updates, we may push a banner or in-app notice. Continuing to connect after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where local law requires stronger notice or explicit consent for certain changes.
